Writing a children's story requires a vivid imagination and the ability to put yourself in the mind of a child. You may need to write a children’s story for a class or decide to write one as a personal project. To write a children’s story, start by brainstorming ideas that will be appealing to children. Then, write the story with a strong opening, a story arc, and a moral. Make sure you polish the story when it is done so it can be a hit with your young readers.
